Homework 3: Which Engineering, and What Is It?
Between 300 and 500 words. Do the assigned reading first (see the reading list), then answer both:
- Which engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, civil, chemical, industrial, and so on) are you most drawn to, and which have you ruled out? Why?
- Appendix B has 21 definitions of engineering, written over two hundred years. Pick one you would defend and one you would argue with. Say why, in your own words.
